Tameah is the youngster on the team.

Having finished secondary school last year and opting for a gap year. Lucky for us, she has decided to spend that time with us. She says she also had the added incentive of wanting to work beside her much-loved brother, Dr. Josh.

Like Dr. Josh, Tameah grew up a Chiro kid.  With Chiropractic Care being the mainstream health care, she has received all her life.

She understands and gets it – to function at your best, ‘you need a healthy spine. Simples!’ What she loves about working at Body Balance, is that she can have a Chiropractic treatment whenever she wants. She loves it.

If you’re a regular patient, you may have noticed that other than being the youngest at the front desk – she refers to Sandra & Vanessa as her other ‘Mums’ – she is also very beautiful (and tall). She is interested in pursuing a modelling career and is now travelling to Melbourne regularly for photo shoots and to establish her port-folio. She is excited to see where it all may lead.

When she isn’t at work, Tameah loves hanging out with her friends and her two dogs Tux and Wiggy, two little Maltese Shih tzu, who she describes as ‘wicked’. She also loves all things fashion & make-up and hanging out with her friends. Since joining Body Balance Chiros, she has discovered that figs are delicious, and Vanessa makes the best rice cakes.

Tameah is an awesome member of the Body Balance team.

No surprise, being of the Gen Z generation she is fantastic with all thing’s ‘tech’, but what she loves most about being with us, is of course the people she meets. She is enjoying meeting people from so many different backgrounds, walks of life and age groups, and is learning from them all the time. It’s heart-warming to see.
